Penne is the sweetest little boy. He loves to play, really enjoys pets, and gets along great with his siblings. He especially loves feather toys and will do amazing jumps and flips to catch them! Afterwards he will happily climb into his foster's lap for snuggles before rushing off to play some more. He's currently living with his mom and siblings at his foster's house and would love to meet you!
