Meet Saban — a four‑year‑old Lab/GSP mix who was surrendered through absolutely no fault of his own, and yes… the Captain is powering through this because she is a die‑hard Gator fan. This post is causing her physical discomfort, but she loves animals more than rivalries, so here we are. Saban is good with men, women, children, and has even been around chickens without causing a feathery meltdown. He’s housebroken, crate trained, heartworm negative, and basically the kind of dog who makes you say, “Wow… this is a really good boy.” (Again, the Captain is struggling, but she’s committed.) Saban has been through some life changes — the kind that often come with divorce — and he needs a soft place to land. A home with a fenced‑in yard is preferred so he can decompress, explore safely, and settle into his new chapter. Not sure if he’s the perfect fit?
