Rover, born approximately 4/16/2026, is the definition of a tiny gentleman with a giant heart. This darling tuxedo kitten may have had a heartbreaking start to life, but you’d never know it from the endless love he pours into everyone he meets. Found abandoned in a box at a high school alongside his siblings, starving and frightened, Rover has every reason to be wary of the world. Instead, he has chosen sweetness. The moment you look at him, his little purr motor starts rumbling like he’s been waiting his whole life just to be loved. Pick him up, and he instantly melts into you, nestling against your chest as though he’s trying to crawl right into your heart and stay there forever. Rover has that rare kind of gentle, affectionate soul that makes people fall hopelessly in love within minutes of meeting him. He’s resilient, trusting, and overflowing with gratitude for every soft blanket, full belly, and kind touch he receives. While he still has all the playful kitten charm you’d expect, his favorite thing in the world is simply being close to his people, soaking up affection and returning it tenfold with purrs, cuddles, and loving little head nudges. That fee includes spay or neuter, microchipping (we register the chip for you), testing for FeLV (Feline Leukemia) and/or FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), current, age-appropriate vaccinations, flea treatment and deworming. Even after two-week period, we'll take the adopted cat back for any reason. Come to our adoption fairs, held every second and fourth Saturday at Sheets Pet Clinic (809 Chimney Rock Court, Greensboro, NC, 27409) from 1-3pm, unless the Saturday falls on an observed holiday. At the clinic on those days, you can visit sometimes 40 kittens/cats at one time, interact with them in a quiet environment, spend as much time as you like with them in exam rooms.
