About Ginger
Meet Ginger. She’s a 5-year-old pit mix with a gentle soul and a sweet, calm energy. After spending much of her life as a stray, Ginger can start out timid and a bit submissive. Once she realizes she’s safe, her loving and affectionate side comes out—she soaks up every ounce of kindness and returns it in quiet, genuine ways. There’s something about her devotion that makes her presence feel comforting and steady. Ginger forms deep bonds and is always looking for a person to love. This girl gets along great with other dogs, even the little ones, and has shown no signs of prey drive. Although she hasn’t been around cats, her temperament suggests she’d likely do fine, and a cat test can be arranged if you need it. Ginger also does very well with children, just taking a little time to warm up. She’s fully house trained, non-destructive, and peaceful in the home, fitting easily into a mellow household. If what you want is a loyal dog who truly connects, Ginger is worth meeting. She’s currently in Texas but can be adopted locally or out of state. Transport and video meet-and-greets are available to make sure she finds the right fit. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
