About Kauai
Kauai came in as part of an abandoned litter with her sisters Lanai and Molokai, but she hasn’t let a rough start keep her down. Named after one of the Hawaiian islands, Kauai is a friendly, curious pup who enjoys the company of her siblings and new faces alike. Despite being left behind, she has quickly shown a gentle and affectionate nature, always ready to check out what’s going on around her. Kauai is still looking for the home she deserves, or a rescue who can give her the next step forward. She is a shepherd mix with a striking black and brindle coat and a medium build. Kauai gets along with other dogs and is good with children. She will need some support as she’s not yet house trained or spayed, but her vaccinations are all up to date.
