Add some spice to your life by adopting a spicy kitten! Nyx will need ample time to adjust to a new home. I am still learning that people aren't all that bad! Placing me in my own sanctuary room such as a small bathroom with food, water, bed, toys, scratching post, and litter box will help me settle in and not become overwhelmed. This room should be quiet with hiding places as well as some perches. I will need lots of positive interactions with people to learn that they are friends, so lots of treats, snuggles, and pets will help me learn to love much quicker. Don't let the hisses and hiding scare you; working with me will build trust and will soon have me out of my shell and loving people! Once I have acclimated to the room and you, slow introductions to other animals and the rest of the house can begin. I will require some patience and love until I realize I am safe and ok, but once you win me over I will be your best friend!
