Sammy came to Tuolumne County Animal Control when her person was arrested and they never came back for her. She needed a nice place to land while she searches for a new home, so we took her in to find her new family. Sammy is what we call low-maintenance- she has a quiet meow, loves pets but isn't overly needy, and enjoys a good meal. Naps, a quiet place to call home, and a comfy bed is all she wants. Sammy has lived with another cat, so she might do okay with a mellow friend. She leans into pets and enjoys easy-going days where she can watch the daily happenings come and go. Sammy is a sweetheart who deserves a good home. We hope you come by to meet her! Sammy is 8 years old and weighs 7 pounds. All cats/kittens will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated according to age, dewormed, and current on flea/tick prevention before adoption unless otherwise noted for age or health reasons. Please note: our kitties have been indoors-only and not accustomed to life outside and the dangers involved (cats are easy targets for predators).
