Gandalf the Grey is a story of resilience. He arrived at a county shelter frightened and unsure of the world around him. When an urgent plea went out asking for help, we knew we had to step in — and we are so glad we did. Gandalf can be a little shy when first getting to know new people, but earning his trust is incredibly rewarding. Once he feels safe, his sweet personality begins to shine through. Gandalf recently underwent an enucleation (eye removal) surgery and is now fully healed and finally ready to find his forever home. He has been a bit wary around other cats, so we recommend a home with a calm, quiet feline companion who will respect his space. This handsome boy is looking for a patient and loving family who will give him the chance he deserves.
