About Zelda
Zelda is just over a year and a half old and came to the rescue as a very young mom. At first, she kept to herself, but she’s really come out of her shell and become a sweet, funny companion who’s learned to enjoy affection—on her own terms. Zelda thrives around other cats and is often seen grooming her feline friends. Having a confident, friendly cat in the house will help her keep building trust and confidence. She visits for pets by arching her back and will follow the lead of other cats when it’s time for attention. Zelda isn’t fond of being held, but she’s come a long way and continues to make steady progress. She’d fit best in a patient, quiet home with people who’ll respect her boundaries and allow her to approach new relationships at her own speed. A fellow cat—especially one like her outgoing friend Peachy—would be a great companion for her. Now living in a community room, Zelda’s done well with new adult cats and kittens. She’s spayed, fully vetted, and house trained. Zelda is in Lucedale, MS and ready to find the right match. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
