About Ella
Ella is an energetic and affectionate mixed breed puppy, about 4 months old and weighing around 15 pounds. She’s a playful spirit who loves toys, a good round of zoomies in the yard, and time with her dog friends—including her foster mate Sid. When she’s worn out, Ella is all snuggles, happy to curl up beside you for naps or bedtime. She thrives with attention, affection, and another playful dog to help her learn and burn off that puppy energy. Ella currently lives with both dogs and cats. She likes to chase the cat in curiosity and play, so feline housemates need to be comfortable with a bouncy, high-spirited puppy around. Ella is still working on her manners, jumpy and excitable when meeting people, but wants to please and learns with gentle, positive guidance. She’s still getting the hang of potty training, hasn’t mastered the leash, and hasn’t been crate trained yet. Like most young pups, she’s sometimes mischievous but eager to do right by her people. A securely fenced yard is a must—Ella loves to run and explore safely outside and hasn’t shown any interest in climbing or jumping fences. She is scheduled to be spayed on June 1 and is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention. Applicants must live within one hour of Toledo, Ohio. Think Ella might be the right fit for your family? She’s ready to meet you. Your new best friend is just one click away.
