Panther and Bagheera! These beautiful, bonded brothers are raven-black beauties who have traded their scavenging ways for long sunny naps and slow eye blinks in a rescue foster home. They were rescued from an Oakland junkyard colony of about 20 cats, most of whom were likely dumped as babies. After being treated so cruelly, Panther and Bagheera have come out of their shells, and learned that humans can be kind and trustworthy. Will you help them continue their beautiful blossoming? They will do best in a quiet, stable home with lots of gentle love and play time with their favorite wand toys. They both enjoy pets, especially during feeding time and you can expect lots of rubs on your legs while you’re preparing their food. They will do well in a home that has experience with shy cats and with someone who is excited to help them continue growing in their love and trust of humans.
