This handsome doggie is on the lookout for a forever family to call her own. She and her sister Page were found 3 months ago watching cars pass by from a ditch, on the side of the road,. They are now - as of mid-May - 7 months old and almost 45 lbs. Laurie is a typical happy-go-lucky puppy who loves playtime (with sister Page), snack time, and nap time in equal measure. They live in a foster home with several adult dogs of all ages, breeds and sizes, and get along with everyone! Although Laurie is very active (that is, when she is not sleeping) and enjoys running and playfighting with her sister Page (also for adoption), she is a calm and actually even a little shy. She may have a touch of Pitbull in her, but absolutely none of the agressive traits sometimes attributed to the breed. And who knows which other breeds she is... We would love to see Laurie and Page adopted together (the adoption fee for both doggies would be reduced to $275) but they can also be adopted separately. Laurie is housetrained, up to date on her shots, on heartworm prevention, spayed and microchipped.
