Meet one year old, handsome Chihuahua/Pug mix, Obi. A kind onlooker saved him after seeing him abandoned. Obi came to us very shut down and scared. He recovered from the experience fairly quickly, and is an exuberant, joyous dog. Obi likes to play with toys and other dogs. He has lots of energy to burn.
