Blaze is a handsome 6-month-old puppy born in December with a heart as big as his paws. According to his Embark results, he is a unique mix of several breeds, with Pitbull and Great Pyrenees being the two most prominent. His personality reflects the best of both — loyal, gentle, affectionate, and incredibly loving. Blaze has quickly become a favorite among everyone he meets. He does wonderfully with kids, cats, dogs, and new people, making him a very well-rounded companion for the right home. While still young, Blaze has a naturally calm and sweet temperament and loves spending time close to his people. Some of his favorite things include morning and evening walks, relaxing car rides, tasty treats, and of course, pup cups. He already knows several basic commands including sit, extended sit, and down. Blaze is also crate trained and settles very well in his crate. He is still learning potty training, as expected for his age, and will benefit from consistency and patience in his new home. Blaze is being rehomed due to circumstances that are completely unrelated to him. The decision was made with his best interest in mind, as the prior pets in the home were not adjusting well to the change, and it became clear that he would do best in a different environment where he can truly thrive long-term. His ideal home would include a gentle and patient handler, a fenced-in backyard, and plenty of room to roam and enjoy the outdoors. Blaze would do best with a family committed to continuing his training, giving him structure, and most importantly, providing him with the love and stability every puppy deserves.
