Zara is an owner surrender due to the owner not having enough time to care for her. He said that this will be Zara's 4th time being returned to a shelter, but he did not know the reasons she was returned before. Zara is a semi-anxious dog who does not do well with loud noises, but is overall a good girl. She does well with people, but seems to form closer bonds with women. Zara is a little hesitant when meeting new animals, but seems okay with them.
