About Garret

Garret was found with his two sisters, orphaned and left near a dumpster, around three weeks old. At first, it wasn’t clear if they’d make it, but after a quick vet check and the right medication, Garret bounced back fast. He looks like a Staffordshire and Pit Terrier mix, solid build with the tell-tale short coat, but you’ll notice some unique color variations when the sun hits his fur. Garret started life rough, but he’s resilient, open with other dogs, and shows playful energy as he grows. He isn’t house trained yet but is young and ready to learn. Vaccinations are current, and he’ll need to be neutered when the time comes. Garret is waiting in Texarkana, TX. If you’ve got space for a large, goofy puppy and patience for the basics, Garret is ready for a new start. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
