About Cash
Cash is a young, neutered male Aussie Cattle Dog mix with a soft, long coat. At just eight months old, he’s already mastered life with a wide range of friends—dogs, cats, kids, chickens, and even horses. Local folks might remember him as the cheerful favorite of the small town rodeo parade. Cash currently lives with a professional dog trainer, adjusting to the world as a deaf dog. His previous owner didn’t realize why he wasn’t responding and, unfortunately, threatened him for it. Since joining the rescue, Cash has thrived—quick to learn, deeply affectionate, and impressively attuned to people around him. Deafness hasn’t slowed Cash down at all. He shows curiosity and resilience, connecting through attention and eager effort. Cash is looking for someone who sees beyond what he can’t hear, ready to value his big heart and readiness for family. He’s fully house trained and up to date on vaccinations. Cash has all the traits you want from a Border Collie/Heeler—a fuzzy cattle dog with love and promise bundled together. Cash's sun sign is Virgo, which often points to a bright, attentive, and adaptable personality—traits that fit him well. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
