Cold Soup's foster describes her as "fearless, curious and playful." Playtime for this adventurous kitten means lots of stalking and pouncing. If she nips a human, she'll then groom them, behavior that can be easily redirected with a toy. When tuckered out from play, she seeks a comfy human to curl up on for her nap. Cold Soup would love to find a home with another cat to play with. She is particularly attached to her littermate Swedish Meatball. Ready to Adopt a Kitten? You have two options: #1- VISIT IN PERSON Come during our open adoption hours: Tuesday - Saturday,12:30 - 3:00pm. You'll be able to meet available kittens in the shelter. (Kittens in foster care are not available for in-person visits.) #2- ADOPT SIGHT UNSEEN If you're ready to adopt without meeting the kitten first, we can help over the phone or by email. Kittens are adopted on a first come, first served basis, and we're not able to place holds on them. All kitten adoption fees include; -spay/neuter -rabies vaccination (if over 12 weeks of age) -current on distemper vaccines (will need additional boosters with your veterinarian) -FeLV blood test -microchip implanted & registered to the adopter -treatment of fleas/ticks/ear mites -veterinary exam and health certificate at Dakin -free vet exam within 30 days after adoption with participating veterinarians Most pets have also received other medical care while with us.
