05/27/26 16:05 Due out 5/28/26 ~6 yr old M intact frenchie with the following diagnoses: - severe wear at all teeth - all teeth worn down to gum line - severe stertor due to brachycephalic airway disease - efforted breathing for handling - chronic ear infections (1+ yeast on microscope) - right sided head tilt (peripheral vestibular disease) - r/o idiopathic (without cause) vs middle ear disease (e.g. infection) vs ear pain vs other --> no other neurologic signs - single draining tract on toe suggestive of previous foxtail Friendly demeanor, low fear/anxiety/stress for medical handling Ear infections treated with compounded otic prep. In need of urgent rescue.
