Jasper – Available for Adoption Jasper is a marvel! He is a feral kitty that has mastered sploots and has so much love to give. Although he may be shy at first, he is excited to be with his human(s) and looking forward to having a home to rule. Currently, his favorite past times are looking out the window, talking with the pigeons, napping in anything cozy, being brushed, playing, singing, eating (dry/churu) and slow blinking with his human. Once he gets to know you: he welcomes hugs and kisses. He is learning how to sit on laps. Jasper was picked up by one of our feeders when she was out trying to trap another cat. We couldn’t put him back as he had no feeder and the area wasn’t safe for roaming cats. He has come along so far that he is allowing cheek scratches, belly rubs, and kisses on top of his head. He sometimes even leans in for them and may move your hand for a better spot with his paw. His adopter will need to be patient and move slow at first. We think he is best as an only cat to start, and may be open to a kitten once he feels safe in his furever home. Jasper is approximately 2 years old, neutered, negative for FeLV and FIV and up-to-date on his vaccinations.
