About Carly
Carly is a 2-year-old Beagle mix with a gentle, affectionate soul. She’s shy at first, but once she trusts you, Carly’s loyalty and love become evident in everything she does – from curling up beside you during quiet moments, to keeping you company on car rides or walks. While she was initially nervous in her last home, with patience and understanding she became deeply bonded and devoted to her family. Carly is crate trained; her black wire crate is a place of comfort, especially during storms. She enjoys yard time, cozy naps, treats, and calm routines. New people and busy environments can overwhelm her, so she needs a peaceful home without much hustle, frequent visitors, or young children. Strangers and too much excitement are not her thing, but with her person, Carly blossoms. She flourishes with patient adopters who appreciate shy dogs and are willing to give her reassurance and space. Carly isn’t demanding – she wants a safe, steady environment and someone willing to let her settle in at her own pace. She’ll repay that patience tenfold with loyal companionship and quiet devotion. Your new best friend is just one click away.
