About Huck

Meet Huck (and Finn), two sweet-natured Bichon Frise boys with a special bond looking for somewhere to settle in together, though they'd also do fine apart if you already have a small, friendly dog at home. They’ve weathered a lot as a pair, finding comfort and courage in one another, and now they’re becoming familiar with the good life indoors. Huck, the quieter of the duo, is gentle and easygoing. He finds joy running around with other small dogs, napping in cozy spots, and taking in the comforts of a real home. He can be timid with people but is learning each day how rewarding human friendship can be. Huck absolutely needs another dog in the home to thrive. Both Huck and Finn are neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. Potty training is a work in progress—they’ll need a patient adopter—but they are clean in their kennels. Leash walks are a brand new experience; a fenced yard would be helpful but isn’t required. Both boys are gentle and loving, just looking for someone willing to let them grow at their own pace. Their foster family says they are easy houseguests and a joy to have around. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
