It was an incredibly difficult decision for them, and it’s clear Athena was deeply loved and cherished as part of the family. Now, she’s hoping to find another home where she can be just as adored. Athena has lived with children and has a well-mannered, easygoing personality in the home. She is both house trained and crate trained, making her an easy addition to a family routine. While she enjoys relaxing and hanging out with her people, she also loves getting exercise. Athena is happiest when she can run around the backyard, go for walks, and spend time outdoors. She walks nicely on leash and enjoys exploring with her family by her side. Athena likes other dogs and can do well with canine companions, especially when given slow introductions so she has time to get to know them. She isn’t overly vocal, though she will occasionally "talk" like a Husky, which only adds to her charm. Sweet, loyal, and affectionate, Athena is ready to be someone’s very best friend again!!
