Bandit is a young, mixed breed male with a medium build who weighs about 40 pounds and lives in Chattanooga, TN. He is neutered, housetrained, and up to date on vaccinations. His energy level and friendly personality make him especially good for families with older children and people ready for an engaged, playful companion.

About Bandit

Bandit was born on April 26, 2025, making him a Taurus—a sign known for loyalty and a bit of stubbornness. His mom is a 19-pound Dachshund mix, but Bandit himself is much larger, already around 40 pounds and still growing. He has a friendly, open nature and quickly makes friends with other dogs. Bandit’s got plenty of energy and loves to play. He’s best suited to homes with older children—he’s too rambunctious for little ones. He’s both housetrained and crate trained, and he does well on the leash. Bandit struggles with separation anxiety, so he would do best with someone home much of the time. He’s also an escape artist, so a secure yard or consistent leash supervision is crucial, and apartment living won’t suit him. Bandit is a handsome, active companion who needs supervision outdoors and plenty of interaction. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
