Like any puppy, he’s still learning the ropes and will need continued help with potty training and basic manners as he grows. In true chihuahua fashion, Joe can be nervous with strangers at first and isn’t afraid to use his voice when he’s unsure. He’s looking for an adopter who understands small dogs, respects his boundaries, and will give him the time he needs to feel comfortable.
