About Koby
Meet Koby — with a K! At seven years old and just 11 pounds, Koby is a mellow, friendly little dog who takes life in stride. He landed with us as a stray from the Central Valley, but whatever happened before, he's kept his gentle spirit and easygoing outlook. Koby's a mix (our best guess is Pomeranian, long-haired Chihuahua, maybe a dash of Spaniel) and all of that adds up to an unusually soft coat, soulful eyes, and a face you can’t help but love. He gets along with dogs and cats and would probably do well in a home with older, respectful kids. He’s making solid progress with house and crate training, settles in well once comfortable, and is always up for a walk or a cozy ride in the car. Koby thrives on being near his people and soaks up attention, especially if it comes with a few extra brushes for his luscious coat. Expect to keep up regular grooming, but he doesn’t mind the pampering. He rides along for neighborhood strolls, errands, or simply relaxing on the couch just as happily. If you’ve had your eye out for a gentle, loyal little companion who adapts well to most situations, Koby fits the bill. Your new best friend might just be waiting in Lafayette, CA.
