About Nutter Butter D
Nutter Butter has come a long way from Tennessee and is soaking up every bit of his new life in Minnesota. This five-month-old, medium-sized Australian Shepherd/Terrier mix is popular with everyone—humans, dogs, cats, and at least one bearded dragon. Despite being full of puppy energy, Nutter Butter is a gentle player who much prefers cuddling to roughhousing. He will absolutely claim your lap the moment you sit down—and once he's there, don't expect him to move without some encouragement. His dog foster siblings say he’s a soft-hearted companion who keeps up but isn’t pushy. Cat roommates report he’s respectful, taking a hint when told to back off, making him a great fit for homes with savvy felines. Foster parents call Nutter Butter a sweetheart and are impressed by how quickly he navigates tricky stairs and adapts to big dog play styles. He’s also aced his potty routines overnight and has never mouthed a human. With his striking brindle and white coat and his loving personality, Nutter Butter is a rare catch for someone who wants an affectionate, social, playful pup who’s happiest with people nearby. He’d do best in a home that can give him lots of attention, possibly with another gentle pet, and appreciates a dog who gives more cuddles than chaos. By the way, he was born December 20th—so this little guy is a Capricorn, which probably explains why he’s so dependable for such a young pup. Your new best friend is just one click away.
