About Franklin

Franklin is a playful, affectionate pup—a lovable mix of American Staffordshire Terrier and Boxer, always bursting with curiosity and energy. Franklin enjoys pouncing on toys and handing out puppy kisses to everyone he meets. Like any baby dog, he will need a patient home ready to teach him house manners, help him master potty training, and show him the basics. Routine and structure will be important as he learns, and his future family should be prepared for zoomies and occasional nibbles. Early socialization with people and other dogs will help Franklin become the confident, well-mannered companion he’s meant to be. He is expected to mature into a loyal and energetic dog, around 50–60 pounds, perfectly blending the devotion of an American Staffordshire Terrier with the goofy, warm-hearted personality of a Boxer. Franklin needs an active home with consistent exercise, play, and mental enrichment, but he is also eager for downtime on the couch with his people. He is smart and learns quickly, thrives on encouragement, and will make a fantastic friend. Franklin can’t be left alone for more than four hours at a stretch while he’s this young, so a household prepared to meet his social and bathroom needs is a must. If adopted unneutered, a refundable spay/neuter deposit is required. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
