About Zeus
Zeus is a 3-year-old neutered male Siberian Husky with a medium red and white coat, currently in Deer Park, WA. He has settled into his foster home, playing well with other Siberians and kenneling up when required. Indoors, he’s spent less time but is crate familiar from his last family. While he has shown anxiety before—requiring medication in his old home—since entering rescue and foster care, his nervousness has mellowed; he tends to turn away when uneasy rather than react. Consistent routine and exercise will smooth out his nerves over time. Zeus is reliably social with both dogs and people but must go to a no-cat household. He needs a securely fenced yard and must stay leashed when not safely enclosed, as he’s prone to bounding up and down at barriers, a habit his foster Mom is addressing. He’s picking up leash manners and basic commands like "wait" and "watch me." Zeus thrives on play, walks, runs, and the company of an active person or family, whether with other dogs or as a solo pet. He’ll need attention, companionship, and clear boundaries to reach his best self. Zeus has great potential to make a devoted, playful lifelong companion for the right home. What are you waiting for? Questions about Zeus
What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?
