Meet Meryl! • 2-year-old Great Dane • Tips the scales at 100 pounds, needs to gain about 25 more pounds • Potty trained • Crate trained • Working on leash manners • Loves squeaky toys and hard bones • Still very much a puppy — goofy, playful, and completely unaware of her size • Curious and inquisitive; loves to explore her surroundings • Responds well to firm, consistent correction • Loves giving kisses • Knows “sit,” “down,” and “off” Ideal Home: • Kids under 13 are not recommended due to her mouthy play style • Nervous around new dogs and will need slow, proper introductions • Has not been tested with cats • Requires someone with large breed dog experience Meryl is a lovable, oversized puppy looking for a patient and experienced home that can continue helping her grow into the amazing dog she’s meant to be! MBR holds monthly adoption events on the 2nd Saturday of every month at Tractor Supply in Columbia Station, 24100 Royalton Road from 11 am - 2 pm. All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the rescue location as it is a privately run boarding, training and grooming facility. Individual meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only for approved adopters.
