AvailableKayley is a spayed female Border Collie mix, mostly black and white with a short coat, currently located in Austin, TX. About Kayley
Kayley and her sisters started life as an unwanted litter in south Texas, but thanks to a last-minute foster, she avoided euthanasia and grew up safe in foster care. After a month of TLC and finishing her vet work, Kayley is ready for a real home. She is about 5 months old, likely to be about 40 pounds full grown, and sports a very classic Border Collie mix look—short, black and white fur, with an easygoing nature that’s different from some of her high-strung breed relatives. Kayley loves being indoors and prefers to hang close to her people; if you want a cuddler, she’s always in. She’s gentle and social—happy around other dogs of any age or size, and gets along great with cats as well. She’s calm with children, even as young as two. Kayley already knows how to sit and is picking up more commands with ease. She enjoys walks, loves car rides, and is looking for someone who appreciates quiet companionship. Kayley is house trained, spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and current on preventatives—the basics are all squared away. She’ll be ready to arrive in Indianapolis soon and is looking for someone ready to give her a forever spot on the couch. Click apply to start the adoption process.
