About Freddie
Meet Freddie, a bright and loving young Australian Shepherd with every shade of pumpkin on his expressive face. This playful pup is all about fun and affection—he will happily roll over for a belly rub, soak up love and attention, and is always ready for a good neck scratch. Freddie enjoys playing with his brother Franklin and gets along well with other foster dogs, respecting even the grumpiest seniors. New people are a highlight for him, especially when it means more pets or playtime, and he’s wonderfully patient with children, happily tagging along whether being pulled along by a three-year-old or exploring the backyard. Freddie is quick to learn and eager to please. He’s already getting the hang of crate training and learning to do his business outside. Toys and treats, especially scrambled eggs and pumpkin, never fail to make his tail wag. If you talk to him in funny voices, he’ll cock his head in a dozen ways, sure to make you laugh. He occasionally gives a cheeky ankle nip during play but responds well to gentle correction. This good-natured pup comes neutered, microchipped, dewormed, and up to date on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. Freddie is ready to bring joy and energy to the right home.
