Duke was owner surrendered because "they no longer had time for him". Duke is a great dog. He is good with people, kids and other dogs. This sweet, very friendly boy also rides good in a car and knows how to do a sit. We do not know what he thinks of cats. Duke is freshly groomed and ready to go home. Duke is about 2-3 years old and 55 pounds. We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821). Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes.
