About Maestro
Maestro is a small adult Pomeranian with a naturally cheerful energy and a sweet, social personality. He came into rescue after his previous owner could no longer care for him and was at risk of euthanasia, but thanks to some quick intervention, he’s now ready for a committed home. He’s proven himself to be great with other dogs and cats and is known for being friendly, affectionate, and easy to handle on a leash and at the groomer. His thick double coat does need daily brushing and routine professional grooming; expect typical high-maintenance Pomeranian hair. Maestro is neutered, vaccinated, heartworm and fecal negative, microchipped, and up-to-date on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. His health is good and he’s eager to please. Homes with small children or a very active environment won’t be considered; Maestro is better suited for adults or older children who can respect his space. He should live primarily indoors as part of the family and, like all small breed dogs, should never be left outside unattended. If you meet the criteria for responsible dog ownership and can provide an excellent vet reference, Maestro could bring a lot of love into your life. Start your journey together! Apply now.
