About Pippa

Meet Pippa! Pippa is a young adult who’s faced a rough start, finding herself on the run until a rescue gave her another shot. She doesn’t share much about her past, but what’s clear is her eagerness for stability and people to trust. Pippa starts off a bit shy around new faces, but give her time and she’ll show her affectionate, playful side—she’s happiest lounging beside you or curling up at your feet at night. She’s great with other dogs, from the tiniest Chihuahua to a full-sized Doberman, blending in comfortably with all shapes and sizes. While originally labeled a “Chihuahua mix,” she seems to be more of a houndy mutt medley than anything—adorable no matter what. Pippa is nearly fully house trained, just working out a few kinks as she settles into home life. Walks on leash are new to her, but her love of food makes her easy to motivate. Vaccines and preventatives are current, and she’ll be spayed before heading to a new family. If you’re drawn to gentle, cuddly dogs who just need some patience to show their best, Pippa is worth meeting. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
