Winston This morning we had a little photo sesh fun with our handsome boy, and our dedicated volunteer Kaylee and let us tell you… Winston was the HAPPIEST boy. He was so excited about all the toys, bouncing around with joy, but even with all that excitement he listened so well. He took direction beautifully, sat on command, and just wanted to make everyone around him proud. Watching him enjoy himself and simply be a dog was something really special. When Winston first came to us, he was extremely thin and underweight. Now, little by little, his personality is shining through more every day. He loves his walks, he loves attention, and he’s learning that life can actually be good. The heartbreaking part? Winston has not had a single application since arriving here. Not one. And honestly, we simply cannot let this boy go another day without someone giving him a chance. He is wasting precious time sitting in a kennel when he should be at YOUR house playing with toys, learning routines, getting spoiled, and becoming the absolute best version of himself. Because we do not know much about Winston’s past, we are asking for: A meet and greet with any resident dog No small children at this time, older respectful children would be OK! A patient family willing to continue helping him grow and feel safe 1-2 years and 40 lbs Winston is ready for his fresh start. He just needs someone to finally choose him.
