About Zoie
Zoie is a one-year-old Chihuahua who just made her way from an Alabama shelter to Wisconsin, winning the hearts of everyone around her. She’s got those classic perky ears, bright eyes, and a knack for making herself comfortable in your lap. Zoie thrives on attention—if you’re sitting, expect snuggles, and don’t be surprised to see her looking up at you expectantly for affection. She’s quick to charm with her sweet, affectionate personality and her gentle way of taking treats (but keep an eye on your pockets—she’s resourceful around snacks). Zoie enjoys a nice stroll and is curious about the world, especially if birds are involved; she loves to watch them go by. She isn’t currently house trained but has already shown she’s motivated when treats are around, which makes her a good candidate for further training. Zoie gets along with other dogs and would be happiest in a home that appreciates her loving and cuddly spirit. She will need adopters who are 24 or older, and homes with children under six are not considered. Only adopters in WI, IL, or parts of MN will be eligible. This little dog is fostered in Green Bay and looking for someone who wants a real companion—affectionate, playful, and always ready to be near her person. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
