Captain is a strong head boy who has come to the shelter with a very bad break of his righ fibula/tibia. He will need surgery/amputation on that leg which unfortunetly cannot be done here. He also has hip dysplasia which puts another obstacle in his treatment. This animal is at risk for euthanasia.
