Calista
AvailableCalista is a young female Domestic Long Hair, just over a year old, with a beautiful gray, blue, and silver coat. She is a medium-sized cat who is spayed, vaccinated, and fully house trained. Calista is currently in New Port Richey, FL and thrives as a gentle, affectionate presence. She enjoys friendly company and will fit into many loving homes.
About Calista
Calista was scooped up from a group of outdoor cats behind a busy restaurant, the only one friendly enough to let someone simply carry her off to safety. While the others needed trapping, Calista just wanted a gentle touch and a safe place. During her spay, vets found a serious infection that, if left untreated, could have ended very differently. She pulled through that surgery like a champ and settled right into sanctuary life, patient and trusting through every step. Calista is a gentle soul who thrives on quiet companionship. She loves curling up in a sunny patch—always indoors—and will happily keep your lap warm, only wandering off for her own independent time now and then. She gets along well with other cats, cat-friendly dogs, and kids. If you want a loyal lap cat with just the right amount of independence, Calista is looking for a soft place to land. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
