About Moo Deng
How stinkin’ cute is this baby? Meet Moo Deng—her name comes from the famous pygmy hippopotamus, and honestly, it suits her. This short, stocky young lady is absolutely loaded with charm and personality. Picked up as a stray, she clearly has known love: her skin is gorgeous, and her thick frame just screams "well cared for." Moo Deng is heartworm negative and absolutely lights up around people and dogs. When she left the shelter, she met just about every dog there, and handled it like a champ. Don't let her low-to-the-ground build fool you—she's solid and strong, but happiest curled up shoulder-to-shoulder with her person. Her dream? Cuddling on the couch for movie nights and snacks, making you laugh without even trying. Moo Deng is recovering from a little shelter crud in boarding, but she'll be ready for a home very soon. She'd thrive in a space where she can exhale, be goofy, and finally act like herself again. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
