Meet Tonkin Tonkin is a 9-week-old brindle Cane Corso puppy looking for his perfect home. This sweet boy was born with a leg deformity, and after visiting an orthopedic specialist and getting x-rays done, the vet determined that surgery is not the best option at this time. Even with his deformity, Tonkin doesn't let anything slow him down. He uses his leg as a prop, gets around on his own, and acts just like any other happy, playful puppy. He loves exploring, playing, and soaking up attention. Tonkin will need follow-up x-rays around 12-18 months old to monitor his growth, so his future family should be prepared to continue his orthopedic care as he grows. He is currently working hard on potty training and crate training and is doing great for such a young pup. Tonkin is looking for a family willing to see beyond his difference and love him for the amazing puppy he is.
