Thawayn is a sweet lab/hound mix whose estimated DOB is 12/1/2023. He weighs about 59 pounds. He came to us from a situation of neglect, so he is a bit shy at first. He is learning to trust humans and even enjoys petting and affection. He needs a house with a secure fenced yard for periods of exercise, but should be welcomed to spend most of this time in the house with his humans. He kind of melts when you hold him. Our adoption fee is $125 for small breed dogs under 20 pounds and $100 for all other dogs and cats unless otherwise noted in their bio. Every pet available for adoption is current on shots spayed/neutered, and microchipped. You may submit an application online for pre-approval and to set an appointment or you can visit the shelter Wednesday - Sunday from 11am - 5pm. Please note that the kennels close for pet viewing at 4:30pm.
