About Storm
Storm is a resilient, large black domestic short hair with a lot of character and even more heart. Before January's heavy snowstorms, he was spotted wandering alone and injured, returning to the same doorstep over and over for shelter. Thanks to a watchful rescuer, Storm finally came inside and got the veterinary attention he badly needed. Storm ended up neutered, vaccinated, and examined, where vets discovered a tail pull injury. Though he currently lacks mobility and feeling in his tail, his prognosis for full recovery is good. Despite this rough beginning, Storm is a sweet and outgoing cat. He adores humans, following them around the house and curling up for cuddles whenever he can. Playful and athletic, Storm’s favorite activities include pouncing after toys and stretching out for marathon YouTube cat video sessions. He’s full of affection and thrives on attention—it’s clear he prefers all the love for himself, as he doesn’t get along well with other cats and likely needs to be a single pet. Respectful kids should be fine. Storm’s ready for a home where he’ll be adored, protected, and given lots of time for recovery as he soaks up the good life. If you want a friendly companion with grit and lots of love to offer, Storm could be the one you’ve been looking for. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
