About Blossom

Meet Blossom! Blossom is a 65-pound charmer with a down-to-earth, easygoing attitude. She came into rescue after being found abandoned with another dog near a pond and wasted no time hopping into a stranger’s car for the chance at a breakfast sandwich. At the shelter, she’s won everyone over with her sociable personality and affection for people. Blossom’s energy is moderate—she loves to chase a soccer ball and play outside, but after a short burst of fun she’s happiest lounging beside her humans. She’s the right mix of playful and relaxed. Blossom was found with another dog and has shown she can do well with other dogs if introductions are done thoughtfully. She’s best suited for a family with children older than 8, simply because her energy in play can sometimes lead to excited antics. Whether she’d get along with cats is still uncertain. Blossom already knows some basic commands, is treat-motivated, and eager to keep learning. Shelter life hasn’t dimmed Blossom’s cheerful, affectionate spirit. She brings genuine warmth and a go-with-the-flow vibe, ready to stretch out on a couch and be someone’s steadfast companion. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
