About Bat
Bat—short for Bat-hilde, an old Germanic name for a warrior woman—earned her name by bravely wrestling her bigger siblings every day, then flopping into a pile for naps. Her tiny grey face has a bit of a bat look, and her spirit is all heart. Bat, her sisters Rat and Katt, and brother Cherrio were brought in by a mechanic who found them stranded in a garage after their mom vanished for several days. The litter arrived hungry and dirty, but after a stretch of good meals and attentive care, all of them bounced back into active, extremely friendly kittens. Bat is still young and benefits most from adoption with a sibling—single kittens her age can develop some tough habits alone. Adopt two, and you’ll get a nonstop comedy show. Her adoption covers FVRCP and rabies vaccines (if old enough), deworming, microchip, and spay as soon as appropriate. If she’s adopted before her spay, a vet credit is offered for the procedure. Bat gets along easily with other cats and children, and she’s house trained. She’s just waiting for the right person to take her home. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
