About Duckie

Duckie is one half of an extremely bonded duo; she and Poppet rarely leave each other's side and their resemblance makes it hard to tell them apart. Duckie found her way back to the rescue after her first family grew in size and her stress levels rose with the household commotion. She’s since settled in well and stays closely linked to Poppet, who faced his own trials before landing in safety. Initially reserved with new people, both warm up quickly, especially when together. Duckie loves to perch by a window for bird watching, enjoys being brushed, and will chirp softly for affection. Both cats are currently on a prescription diet that suits them well. Born in early September, Duckie is technically a Virgo—expect her to enjoy a tidy spot and steady routines. She is house trained, spayed, and now looking for a calm, loving home in Salt Lake City, UT, preferably with her best buddy, Poppet. Start your journey together! Apply now.
