Lana is all about movement, sunshine, and sticky paws. She grew up at the rescue and, coming up on two years old, has outgrown her puppy chewing stage but brings a solid dose of goofy energy. Lana absolutely loves swimming, splashing, and every form of water—kiddie pools, sprinklers, even the shallow end of a lake. Jogging partners need not apply unless you are ready for those happy wiggles and big Brittany/Labrador energy. This girl tips the scales near 65 lbs and is sturdy enough that she fits better with families who have older kids that won't get bowled over by excitement. She adores play sessions with other dogs and works hard to be everybody’s buddy. A doggie door isn’t a mystery to her—she’s spent her whole life using one—but she’ll still need a little help figuring out the rest of house training, mostly the rules about outdoor potty breaks.
