About Flora
Flora is part of a remarkable group of seven cats who made it out of a devastating house fire in Worcester. Every one of them, including Flora, carries the weight of that experience—smoke, fear, and upheaval are behind them, but rebuilding trust is a process with no shortcuts. Flora is still scared and confused, but she has a quiet beauty that stands out. Her bravery may be hidden for now, but it’s there, ready to grow with the right support. These survivors are reaching for their new beginning. They need adopters who are soft-spoken, unhurried, and understand that a safe environment makes all the difference. Flora will do best as an indoor-only cat, and a calm home with a spare room for a slow introduction would be ideal. She can acclimate with another gentle, nurturing cat if introduced slowly, or she can settle in on her own. Flora is open to children who can respect her space and move at her pace. Dog-free homes are a must—she’s already had her share of upheaval. The Seven Lucky Kitties, named for their fiery ordeal and their burning spirit, are a testament to resilience. Flora is waiting to find someone who believes in second chances and has the patience for healing. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
