Meet Daphne! Daphne is about ten pounds of adorable Chiweenie energy crowned with a sweet apple-shaped head. She is playful and independent (read: mischievous) but is just as easily a sweet sofa snuggler or cooking companion. Daphne is comfortable with smaller dogs but can be uncomfortable with those larger than her. She would enjoy having a furry friend about her size who could rough and tumble, then cuddle up on the couch. She also has reservations about cats, sometimes barking, but she likely could be trained to coexist peacefully.  Daphne enjoys toys and bones, sharing your snacks, and snuggling up under a blanket. In fact, she has no problem tucking herself in for an early night and seeing you in the (late) morning! She has done well with crate training but will need additional training to excel at house training and leash training. While a bit skittish at first, Daphne will make an excellent companion for those on the go, families with kids, or anyone who likes to cuddle!  Apply online & come meet Daphne! https://forms.gle/97sdyZgWiVDcYPJk6 Daphne’s adoption fee is $350 and helps to cover some of the costs of her vetting, spay, vaccines and microchip - all of which is already complete!
