Squirrel is a small male Domestic Short Hair with a gleaming black coat and subtle stripes emerging as he gets older. Squirrel is currently in Henrico, VA, and is looking for a home that will appreciate both his playful and affectionate nature.

About Squirrel

Squirrel blends the best sides of a kitten: playful, adventurous, but quick to cuddle up and purr when it’s time to rest. He and his brother Kicker were found abandoned at just five weeks old, but neither missed a beat in adapting to home life—both started purring and giving affectionate nose kisses from day one. Squirrel climbs chairs, invents new games with feather toys, and loves roughhousing with his brother. When it’s time to nap, you’ll find him tucked close to you or nestled into a convenient nook. He’s also got a habit of launching a friendly "attack" on your arm when the play mood strikes. Squirrel’s short, black coat is starting to show faint stripes as he grows, and he sports a distinctive kink at the end of his tail from an early injury—though it doesn’t slow him down a bit. Microchipped, with up-to-date distemper vaccinations, and negative for FIV/FELV, Squirrel is ready for his next adventure in a loving home. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
